”Children Our Pride”

”Children Our Pride” Project has been running in ward 9 and 10 of Chandrapur Municipality at Rautahat for 3 years and in ward no 4 and for 1 years. This project is supported by KNH and run by Chhori organization. The main objective of this project ensure child right and child protection. The
project focuses on three main areas. We work in capacity building of children and creating safe place for them. We work with families and school because Children spend most of time in house and School. We advocates for children to freely share their feelings and ensures they don’t experience any kinds of
violence and negligence. We cooperate with local authority and stakeholder to develop and implement policies and child protection mechanism for creating better environment for children. We have 16 child
club groups and 13 parent groups. We work with one municipality level child rights committee and four Ward -level Child rights committee. We advocates private sectors, religious leaders and local organizations.
